Terms for using Clean Space Tools

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Clean Space Tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and any additional policies referenced within them, including the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of the App

Clean Space Tools is a mobile utility application that may include storage-related functions, private content organization features, contact or gallery-oriented tools, and premium subscription-based functionality. Features may evolve over time as the app is improved, refined, or reorganized.

We may add, remove, modify, or refine app features at our discretion in order to improve usability, reliability, safety, or compatibility with current device environments.

3. Eligibility and Responsible Use

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms, applicable platform rules, and the rights of others. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device, access credentials, and any passcodes or security methods you choose to enable.

1. You must not use the app to violate laws or regulations.
2. You must not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the app’s normal operation.
3. You must not misuse private storage or organizational features for unlawful content or unauthorized access.

4. Apple App Store and Device Environment

If you downloaded the app through Apple’s App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and the app provider, not Apple, except where Apple’s rules and rights apply as a platform operator. Apple is not responsible for the app’s content, maintenance, or support obligations except as required under applicable law or platform policy.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

The app may offer auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features. Payment will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the selected subscription plan, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. You may manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase.

If a free trial or introductory offer is available, any unused portion may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where permitted by Apple’s subscription rules and the specific offer terms shown to you at the time of signup.

If you cancel a subscription, cancellation will take effect at the end of the then-current billing period, and you will retain access to applicable premium features until that period ends.

6. Refund Requests and Purchase Review Information

If we receive a refund request for an in-app purchase from an end user, we reserve the right to provide Apple with information regarding the user's in-app purchase consumption. This includes the following data: app usage time, anonymous account identifier, total amount spent, and total amount refunded.

This information may be shared strictly for the limited purpose of assisting Apple in reviewing a refund-related request, investigating the purchase context, or evaluating the use of subscription-linked features. We do not use such disclosures as a general commercial data-sharing practice, and the data involved is limited to what is reasonably relevant to the purchase review process.

7. User Content and Responsibility

You are responsible for the content you choose to store, organize, enter, or manage through the app. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to use such content and that your use does not violate applicable law, third-party rights, or these Terms.

We do not claim ownership of your personal content. However, you understand that the app’s functionality depends on your device permissions, device state, and your responsible handling of protected materials.

8. Availability and Feature Changes

We aim to maintain a stable and useful app experience, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, flawless operation, or continuous compatibility with every device, iOS version, or network condition. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may occasionally affect performance or access.

9. No Warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Clean Space Tools is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not permitted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of access, interruption, or device-related inconvenience. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum extent allowed by law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app or portions of its services if reasonably necessary to protect the app, comply with legal obligations, address misuse, or respond to harmful conduct. You may stop using the app at any time by discontinuing access and removing it from your device.

12. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be handled in connection with app features, device permissions, and subscription status recognition. Please read that policy carefully.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When changes are made, the revised version will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the app after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms to the extent allowed by applicable law.
